Starting a revolution in hard surface flooring
That was our goal from the start. And in 2012 we succeeded. What sets us apart? A waterproof core and a sustainable cork underlayment. A whole new category of premium, hybrid flooring was born: COREtec®.
Conquering the US
COREtec® was the first brand to sell 100% waterproof floors. Over the years, we’ve built a great team of flooring experts to keep pushing the limits of our imagination and put COREtec® on the map. As such, we quickly became – and remain – the most in-demand hard surface flooring option.
Joining Shaw Industries
In 2016, Shaw Industries Group, Inc. acquired COREtec®. One year later, COREtec® became the industry’s number one hard surface consumer-flooring brand. Our innovative spirit and product qualities plus Shaw’s manufacturing expertise and robust distribution network are still a winning combination.
Building a European brand
In 2015, we opened our European HQ in Kruisem, Belgium. Today, we boast a nationwide network of specialty flooring retailers across Europe. Our goal: to create floors that tick all the boxes, from great aesthetics and unrivaled performance right down to carefree installation and easy cleaning.
